From Trauma to Clarity: The FIX Code Journey with Stacey Nye
What if the feeling behind your biggest problem could be removed—without reliving the story? We sit down with Stacey Nye, strategic guide and co-creator of FIX Code, to unpack a fast and intuitive technique that helps leaders, parents, coaches, and kids dissolve heavy emotions and return to a calm focus. Stacey shares how a single extraction on the feeling she named “sad” quieted relentless mental chatter and set her on a path from crisis to clarity. She then breaks down the FIX Code architecture—Fear, Intuitive, eXtraction, plus the “code” you assign to your core feeling—and why precision naming matters more than long narratives.
The conversation moves from personal breakthroughs to community impact. Stacey explains how clearing “angry” translated into order, productivity, and even unexpected savings as the frantic urge to compensate fell away. We explore how bereavement groups grew organically, why “FIX Code kids” handle conflict and self‑expression with ease, and how practitioners use the method as a targeted add‑on when clients stall in analysis or spiral into anxiety. Stacey also addresses pacing: some people clear a “junk drawer” code in one session, while others prefer steady progress with short, focused extractions that build self-awareness and momentum.
We dive into origins as well. Daniel Flear’s background in NLP and Hypnotherapy, a profound turning point that changed his inner state in an instant, and years of observing how triggers “switch on” specific emotional programs led to a repeatable process. Together, Stacey and Daniel refined it into accessible training, now expanding into live events for those who want to learn the technique and fold it into their work. If you’re seeking practical relief from overwhelm, anxiety, or the weight of old stories—and you value results over theory—this conversation offers a clear next step.

So, welcome everybody to another episode of Varn to the Soul. I'm your host, Natasha Joy Price, and I'm a lawyer, I'm an energy therapist, I'm an author, and of course, I'm a podcaster. And today we have a new guest, and her name is Stacy Nye. So, welcome Stacy. Thank you so much for supporting the podcast.
SPEAKER_00:Thank you for inviting me. I feel very honoured. Thank you.
SPEAKER_01:And Stacy and I have had a bit of trouble connecting tonight for various reasons, but we have now made it. We're here. So I feel that we're meant to have this conversation, Stacy. Yeah. So um, excuse me, I've got a bit of a cold. So let me introduce Stacy. So she's the founder of Ashbury Centre. She's the co-creator of the Fix Code, and she's a strategic guide for leaders, coaches, and organizations. And we're going to talk about the fixed code tonight, aren't we? Um I've actually you've just actually, before we did the session, before we um did the episode, did a little um a little, what's the word? A little session on me of the fixed code, and it was fascinating. Um and I like to I like to feel what feel that it was it's interesting to just feel it. Being a therapist, it's nice to make that comparison. Um but just explain to everybody, first of all, what does the fixed code stand for?
SPEAKER_00:Sure, great question, thank you. So the fixed code actually didn't have a name for about five years. Um, I've been doing this for 15 years. So Daniel, Daniel and I became partners uh 15 years ago in all of this, and I'll I'll share all that later. But it took us a while to figure out what to call it and for Daniel to actually like the name of it. You know, we can't came up with all sorts of things, but this one landed, and here's why. The F is for Fleer, which is his last name, Daniel Fleer, who is the creator of this technique. He remembered it for us. Um, the I is for intuitive, your intuition. So, because you you you you you use your intuition in this technique, and we are in the ages now of intuition versus being told what to do, right? We're following our own intuition, and the X is I lost you. And the and the X, sorry about that. The X is for the extraction process, the technique, which is what you experienced uh earlier today, and then code is the word or the or sorry, the feeling that you give to your biggest problem you have in your life right now when you think about it, how does it make you feel? Whatever the answer is to that question is we call the code. So this is called the fixed code technique, and when we put it all together, it was pretty cool. So when we went to Daniel and said, What do you think of this? and he did the whole Rubik's Cube look, you know, he was going through the whole thing, and he was like, There are so many layers to this. Um, and uh yeah, and he was like, I like it, sold. So it with this became the fixed code about 10 years ago. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01:How did you meet Daniel? How did you get together to do this?
SPEAKER_00:Great story. Um, I I had had a trauma. Um kind of I kind of was I prior to um 2002, great life, kind of silver spoon. And I'm you know, like I worked for the Olympic Games all over the world, 22 years, fabulous career, born into a very high performance family, fabulous values, taught magic, you know, taught manifation, like we're here to create and to serve and to be in service, like all of those things, fabulous foundation. Um, and then when I was 33, this particular night blew up my world, um, over time lost everything, and I felt like my my sanity at the same time, I lost all my courage. Um, not saying like all the money was gone, the the relationships were deteriorating, like everything was falling apart because of this one night. Because when I look back after the career I've had here with the fixed code and with Daniel for 15 years, it's obvious I was being taken out. Obviously, like very much like trying to be eliminated in that way of being able to find my creation, my power, my you know, my source connection, all those things. So I'd always had it. But this particular night took me out and bumped me like over the hell. And I I talk about it as being like my own personal health. I was afraid of everything, I was nervous, anxious, um, couldn't get my shit together, you know, all those things. So I suffered in silence for about five years, and then at this time, particular time I owned a gymnastics club, and one of the coaches' moms kind of popped into my office one night. And of course, I'm sitting in the dark, my tears are coming down my face, and she said, you know, sweetie, we know something's going down. But again, this is five years of silence, but I'm 45 days into a separation. So, like now, my marriage is now complete, like the the last bottom had now fallen out. So I wasn't coping, I wasn't holding it together very well anymore. Like the cracks were starting to show, and um um, and I had never told my story to anybody, not not one person. And at this point, nobody know knew that I had just gotten separated either. So, anyway, she walked into my like poked her head into my office and said, you know, sweetie, we know something's going on, and we know you're like pretty private, so probably not none of us are ever gonna know about it. But I met, I ran into a friend of mine from high school at this trade show last weekend, and he's doing this really cool thing. And she goes, I don't know what he's calling it, but she goes, I tried it, it's incredible, and I hope you don't mind. But you're his first appointment on Friday, and it's paid for the whole thing. And I'm like, Oh my gosh, thank you. So I went home, kind of forgot about it. This particular this Friday morning, which was two days later. I'm driving to this house thinking, if this man makes me drink tote pee, I'm doing it. If it works, I'm doing it. I'm I'm that I'm in that spot. Like I will do because I don't drink alcohol, so I and I don't, I I never even yeah, yeah, and I I I don't drink alcohol, and I don't, I never even thought of going to a doctor for medication or whatever. It never even crossed my mind. So I was primed and ready for some fixing. I needed to, I needed some healing. I walked in to this woman's house, and this is where it kind of gets a little spiritual, a little or when I walked in when I saw him, I was like, the first thing I ever said to him was, Oh my gosh, you're real. Like you're real. And he kind of looked at me, he started to like well up, his eyes started to well up, so did mine. And he know he recognized me, I recognized him from my visions. I'd seen, you know, he'd been like an elder in my life, my in my in my world, in my magical world, imaginary world, whatever. Um, so the fact that he was real was very surreal. And then we were now, I was now really crying, and I was sad, uh, not from meeting him, but because of everything that had happened. And he's very raw and real, like he's so authentic that you can't hide your crap. You just can't, you know. He kind of calls it out. So I'm now standing in this foyer, mascara and down to my chin, and he just said, Okay, hang on, just come, you know, come sit down. So I sat down and he did exactly what I did with you, but my code was called sad. You had a different code, but mine was sad that day. And when I experienced it, and I and I and I was in it, I knew I was in the presence of excellence, and I was so incredibly spiritually overwhelmed with beauty, and just like this is real. I was in truth, I was standing, I was in a very truthful experience, like raw truth, and it was freedom. It was like, this is incredible. I want more of this. How do I get more of this? But I was very honored to be in the presence of this space, and which by the way, was me as you experienced it. It is you are in the presence of you for the first time, really, like in it. Well, for me, it was the first time in that way. It was very real. So when I floated back to now, floated back into my body and opened my eyes. Um, I started swearing like a trucker, uh, which I don't swear. I'm not, I'm not a swearer. I I and I'm horrible at it. I don't even, I'm not even good at it. Um, but I just couldn't believe what had just happened. And I then kind of like calmed down and my mind was blank. All the chatter, all the stories, all the torture that was going on in my mind about all my sad stories were gone. I could see them, but I couldn't feel them, I couldn't connect with them. And I'm just like, yeah, no, uh, I want more of this because I got a ton of crappy feelings that I want gone, like this just was gone. And how do I do that? How do we how do I get more of this? How do I keep doing this? So the next words to Daniel were again, I don't even know his name yet, not a clue, no clue what this man's name is. I said to him, I'm gonna figure out what you just did, and I'm gonna teach this to the world. And he was like, Um, um, okay, uh, I'm not sure about that. And I'm like, yeah, you don't know me? Watch me. I stuck my hand out and I said, I'm Stacy, your name is good. Uh, do you have a business partner? No, you do now.
unknown:Stop shaking my face.
SPEAKER_00:And it was just like that. And then I that was a Friday, and on the weekend, now my friends knew I was going through something, they were never gonna ask, but I was kind of weepy smart. Like I had, you know, the the Kleenex tucked in my shirt. And well, this particular this was a Sunday, and we had all the kids at the park, we were all, you know, and I'm playing tickle monster with them, and I'm having so much fun, and and I'm happy, and I'm just having a great day with the kids and just having fun with my girlfriends. And I kind of come back to them and kind of flop down. The kids were fine, they were all like, you know, five and six years old, they're fine. And I flop down and they're all like this give it up, what's going on? And I'm like, what? And they're like, did you meet somebody? Like, you are happy, sweetheart. Like, you're happy. And I'm like, no, I didn't meet anybody, like, no, and they're like, Are you on like really good meds? Because if you are, we want some because you're happy. And I'm like, I'm not taking meds, like what? No, and it was they couldn't figure out what had happened because I was just feeling fabulous, and they'd actually never seen me feel that fabulous. I had faked it, I had like made myself be that way, right? Like performing, whatever. But um, this was real, and they saw it, and then all of a sudden, about 20 minutes later, I'm again playing with the kids, and I went, Oh my gosh, I missed this guy. And they're like, We knew it. No, no, no, no, no. And then I started to tell them about it, and they're like, Well, can he do it? Can he come back up here and do it for us? I'm like, I think so. I'm sure he will. So I called this mom who had made the appointment, and I said, Do you have his number? So she's like, Yep. So this is like Friday and Sunday. He was at my house on Monday, wow, and every friend I had was coming and going every hour. It kind of looked like a drug deal going down because it was like cars jigging out the in the driveway. There was money at the door. I was like, Yahoo! Hugs, everybody was coming out happy. And he just worked with everybody I love in one day. So that was Monday, and then everybody just started to feel amazing all week long. And then on Thursday, Wednesday, Thursday, people are like, Can we come back? And I'm like, I'm sure he can. So I called him, I think, on Wednesday and said, Can you come back? And it was Easter Friday. So he said, Are you sure like it's Easter Friday? I'm like, I've got the kids, I'm gonna open the gym, I've got the kids, you've got my house, they know what to do. Like, so they're all gonna just drop their kids off with me at the gym. Like it was just like Stacy's got them. And again, it was just all day long. They Daniel did work with all of them, and they were blown away. And their relationships with their children, their husbands, their friends, their work, their their environment, everything just started to change really quickly, as mine did. Because now I'm calling him every day going, Hey, can you do an extraction with me? Hey, can you do something? Because it was just coming up, and then very quickly he said, How about I just come up to the gym and you can invite whoever you want um to come and have sessions for free? Like he never charged. He this was all in service, and we just helped many people. We started a bereavement group on Tuesday night. It started as one person, and he said to me, He goes, 'All we need is one person,' and I'm like, Okay. And this incredible mom of my little of my community, like young, young woman, because my my gym was for little kids. Um, she there was one woman that came on the first night, and then the second Tuesday night, it was like 30 people, and then the next, it was like, and it just kept getting bigger. It was just going through the town. And then we started doing it with the kids, and now we have fixed code kids. You know, 16 years later, we've got fixed code kids that like we all went through teenage years, no anger, no hurt, no yelling, no conflict resolution issues, like not afraid to speak. Like these kids are amazing, and they know how to do this, and they do it with each other. So, my goal is obviously to have this in high schools and having groups of people being able to help the community in high school, like all of those kinds of things. I have so many dreams I could cry. Um, I think that's of where I I can see this all going.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah, absolutely. I'm with you on that. I think kids should be taught this, really, you know, me too. About energy work and um like the fixed code and about emotions from primary school upwards. Absolutely.
SPEAKER_00:I do too. Yeah, yeah, and not only being able to identify them, but having a solution to solve it. So having call it like the librarian, knowing how to do the fixed code, and someone in grade one can say, I may I please go to the librarian, and the teacher says, Absolutely, sweetie. And often they go to the librarian, they get a five-minute session, and the child comes back and we've changed their life because they'll never feel that way again. And this is powerful for anybody that is dealing with anxiety, depression, blocks in success, like in wanting a life, and they just can't freaking get there. Things aren't working, they're frustrated, they're angry. Like, if if I remember when Daniel um did the code angry with me. Now, it took me about 18 months after knowing Daniel, and I had had many codes like betrayed, hurt, disappointed, let down, abandoned, I had all of those already done. So when at one point Daniel said to me, like, do you feel angry? And I, of course, as graceful as I am, was like, I don't get angry. Like, and I've never raised my voice, like I'm I'm not that person. I don't lose my temper, kind of thing. But when he when he said to me, What are the symptoms? Because he's teaching me, he's like, What are the symptoms of angry? And I'm like, overwhelmed, can't think, and you run out of time. And he goes, Does that seem like you? I'm like, Yeah. So I didn't identify with angry, but I did identify with all the symptoms. So it was kind of like, you know, I'm sneezing, I'm coughing, I feel horrible, my eyes are running, all of that. And someone says to you, Oh, do you have a cold? And you're like, No, I don't have a cold. Like, like they don't know what they're talking about, and they're like, You so have a cold, I'm not coming here, you know, like you may not, you know. So that was me with anger. And I remember it was a Sunday night, and he did angry with me. And I woke up on Monday morning and I got more done on Monday, on Monday than I did that I used to do all week.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah.
SPEAKER_00:Because I wasn't running around like a chicken with my head cut off. I could think, I didn't feel overwhelmed, I wasn't wanting to scream inside. Like all of these things had changed, but I didn't notice because I was just moving through my day like it was, I was having a great day.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah.
SPEAKER_00:But then I had another great day, and then I had another great day, and then my bookkeeper at the end of the month said to me, Uh, you've got like 800 extra dollars here. Now I run a tight business and I'm very frugal. And he said, What didn't you like? He goes, I paid all the bills. Like, what didn't you do this month? And I'm like, I don't know. Like, I did everything I always do, but I've had actually a lot of time on my hands, so and he goes, I'm gonna figure this out. Well, there was no like drive-throughs, but there was two less tanks of gas. Now I live in a real I used to live in a really small town, like two streets, you know, like five sets of lights. I didn't need four set four tanks of gas, but I was using four tanks of gas because I was running around the whole time every day. I was running around, running around. That like the bank is over there, and then this is over there. I had no order, I was just getting it all done in this frantic space, burning gas. So I went from four tanks of gas to one tank of gas a month. So that's a ton of money, and then all the little things that I would buy myself to make myself feel better because I needed a treat, or I needed a little extra, or or I felt guilty with about my son, so I'd buy him something, you know, like a game card, or I don't know. All of these little things that I didn't do because I didn't feel all those things anymore. Oh my gosh! So I was not only being incredibly inefficient, I would had also saved$800. And because now my world was so kind of empty, boring, like it was like because I wasn't frantically trying to get everything done. I added an entirely new five-day program into my business.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah, because you had the time in one month.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, I had the time, I could think, I could do the promotions, I could hire the staff, I could write the programming, and it was all done within like five days. Because we're all smart, it's just that we're caught in this overwhelm, can't think, don't have time, running, you know, running around. Where that just with one code called angry, when that was gone, my life calmed right down, like and I became more me. And had more screaming, yeah. Oh my gosh, and I wasn't screaming in my head, and I wasn't mad at myself or being a loser and can't get anything done and get your shit together, Stacey. You know, like all that man, that stuff that goes on in their head. It was all gone, all gone. I couldn't believe it. So when I meet people like quickly, I'm like, feel like doing that one, let's get rid of that one because that one's a big one.
SPEAKER_01:And you probably can see what you need to do more than they can see it. They probably like pick a couple that you're thinking, actually, you need to do that.
SPEAKER_00:Totally. I can hear it, but that's like you know, 15 years of training. Um, I'm pretty good at this. I and also when the person in front of me, when we are in rapport, like I'm 99% of the time in harmony with myself, like in I'm in harmony. Um, and when I'm with somebody and we're in rapport, um it becomes very telepathic. Like a third, a third mind shows up, like you know, what and many people call it a third mind, many people call it God, source, higher power, whatever, whatever it is, um I love it. Yeah, because it makes us smarter, it makes us more connected and we can communicate on so many more levels than just this way, right? Yeah, so when I'm with somebody and we're in a really good rapport and we're having a lot of fun, they're actually telling me what they need in that telepathic space. And I freak people out sometimes because I will say something as they're thinking it, and they're like, How did she know that? Like, can she read my mind? I'm like, No, I cannot read your mind. You told me, you just didn't use your mouth to do it. Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_01:So I always think that's energetic. You're with you're sort of connected energetically. Because when I I found when I, you know, after years of doing past life regressions, I could see what they should be seeing, or I could see what they were seeing. It's like you tap into each other's energy, don't you? So you create this container that you can work with. So, how many sessions do you need?
SPEAKER_00:Uh, presumably, do you need one for every every emotion, or is it just that sometimes people only need one session, they feel great, and then so I'm very envious of those people that um put put all of their emotions into like one word or one like junk drawer, you know, they just kind of keep shoving it into the same junk drawer because when we find the name of that junk drawer, it all is gone. And I've seen that many times where someone does one code or two codes, and I watch because again, I lived in a small town, I saw people's lives change in front of me. Um, they just felt great. They they don't know what they did to make that happen. Like, because it's this is very hard to believe. It's very hard to come back and go, it's because I did the fixed code that all of this changed. When you're inside this and you're like working it and you see it all the time. We, you know, amongst our community, it's like, oh my gosh, like I love how far you've come. And they're like, tell me, tell me, because I can't I can't see it, you know. It's hard to see it for yourself. All you know is you're having a great day or you're having a great year, and it just keeps getting better, trust me. 15 years, and my life keeps getting better and better and better and better. Like I I truly live my life. I love my life. So, but but I love this question because here I've been doing this for 15 years. When I met Daniel, he blasted me, like boot camped me through my trauma. I asked for that though. I was like, bring it on, like keep going, keep going, keep going. Like, what's next? What's next? I want this gone. Some people don't want that, they want to take their time, they want to go one by one. That's fine. Sessions usually last between half an hour and an hour, depending on what the client wants, right? Like it's just whether they want to talk a little bit more. My clients, seven minutes, 12 minutes, 15 minutes max, because they know what we're looking for, they know the magic question, they know how they feel, they know what's going on. They text me and they're like, Can you do this with me? Yep. Do you know what it is? Yep, let's go. And I just call them and it's over. Like whether they're getting on a plane, whether they're sorry, there's little people in the hotel. Um sorry about that. Oh, that um, so my clients are a little different. Um, but most people like the half hour or the um the hour. And in that time, you you can go. Um what I find actually is when you first start, you want the hour because that's traditional. That's a traditional length of a session, right? That's what people want to be paying for, is an hour. Cool. That's great. In a session, in an hour, we'll probably do three or four codes. You will feel fabulous. As you start to roll with this and you get the gist of how this all goes, you're like, yeah, I'm doing the half hour. I don't need to waste anybody's time. I'm good. And when you get on your call, you're like, I know what I want to work on. These are my four things that are on my fridge or on my desk, on my notepad. I know exactly what's gone on in my week, and you know you you're identifying, there be you're becoming a self-identifier of like, oh yeah, what is that? I don't like when I feel like that, or when I get triggered, what is this? Because this I want gone. And then you write it down, and then you bring it to your session. So the more kind of involved you get, and the more and the faster you want this done, that's your decision. Like everything is your journey. There's there's nothing that we dictate of how this works for the individual. So that's cool. But saying all of that, 15 years, and I'm still doing extractions because I'm not stopping growing. I've never been so when I met Daniel, I was in kindergarten not knowing what had just happened. Like I want all of this gone, right? And as I started to grow up in this, well, I've never been in grade one before, and now so now I'm dealing with this. Okay, and and now I've graduated to grade two. Well, I've never been in grade two before, so now I'm dealing with this. Well, I'm in year 15 now, and I'm all over the world. I teach to big platforms, like never been here before. So, you know, putting yourself out on social media for me, terrifying. Yeah, started this whole podcast saying pretty private, like nobody knew what was going on with me. I hadn't said a word about a trauma that had happened to me five years before that I was losing everything from. Nobody knew what nobody knew the story. I never told the story.
SPEAKER_01:No, like, right?
SPEAKER_00:So, so to be putting myself out on social media, here's like one of my things. I have to do it. I'm at that level. If I want people to find this, and because my job is to be in servitude to humanity, especially now, like, whoa, and then I have to do those things. So calling Daniel saying, I'm afraid of people that people aren't gonna like it, right? Like, or and he's like, and of course, he never patronizes me ever. He's like, Okay, close your eyes, let's do this. That's a big fear. The fear that people aren't gonna like this. My work, they're not gonna like my work, they're not gonna like what I look like, they're not gonna like what I'm saying, they're gonna think I'm ridiculous, like it all of those things. So every day, if we are growing, we will be triggered by the next level of awesomeness. And my philosophy is this bring it on because I'm not stopping. I am not gonna stop growing just because that scares me, right? Like, I know how to get rid of that, so can't scare me. And it's a very empowering tool, it's a very empowering philosophy that we teach. Um, and it's result-driven. So you become the technology when you start learning this, because there's different uh journeys that you can take with the fixed code. You can become a client, which is right on, do that for sure. You can take fun courses, which is the Ashbury Center, which is actually just really kind of about to get up and loaded. Um, and those are all my courses, and then there's the fixed code online training, which is Daniel and I, and that is like our flagship program where you actually learn how to do this technique and you become the technology. This is technology, this is ancient technology. And if any of your viewers are into like the spiritual side of all of this, there's some pretty crazy things that have happened to myself and to Daniel separately that keep showing us that we're on the right path, we're doing the right things. Um, but one of my spiritual experiences was like I had a crisis of faith in 2017 with all of this, you know. Like I can't get one person to care, I can't get one person to notice this, I can't get like why me? Like, I I didn't like I'm an Olympic girl. I I worked for the Olympic Games for 22 years. Why, why am I in this field? I know nothing about this field, you know, crisis of faith. And I was I experienced an incredibly profound um spiritual experience that showed me why me, why what my job is, what my mission is, and just I mean, I'm pretty disciplined, so I get why I'm so disciplined because I got a big job ahead of me. Yeah, because there's going to be it, this is designed for millions of people to learn and to become the technology, and this is an ancient ascension tool. So if we go down the spiritual side, this is the ancient ascension tool. Use this technique, you will move through ascension, you will get rid of these things inside of you that are causing all the problems. If you are in the mental health industry, this helps your clients lift out of depression because depression is very heavy, because of these things. That thing we took out of you, right? That's a thing. It was causing problems. Yeah, so we take through this technique, we take those things out so that the depression client starts to feel lighter. This is, you know, whoa, this is lighter. With the anxiety clients who are like up here, like, oh, I can't, I can't, don't make me. Okay, we do fears. And they start to calm down, they get more grounded. And so this modality can go into any field and be used immediately. Mom, learn this. You're gonna want this for your kids, for your relationships. You want to, you know, that kind of thing. Every healer out there, try this because if you resonate with this, learn it. And then apply it inside your already amazing businesses because it's not just one thing, right? Practitioners are out there. This is an add-on. This is a pull this out when your client is stuck. Pull this out when you can't get your client to move forward or get up or calm down.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah.
SPEAKER_00:Because it's feelings are depression. Okay, they pull you back to the past, and fears are forward. You're making pictures of the future going wrong and freaking you out.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah. And it's already this technique is all. And tell me, what's Daniel's background? What what where how did he evolve to devise where where's he come from? Yeah.
SPEAKER_00:This is a great story. So he um he's always seen himself as um like an engineer, like that real kind of complex mind. Um he always sees the simplicity and everything too. Like, so that's like kind of his general. But his his background is business. Uh, he's owned, now we're gonna date ourselves here, but he owned video stores in the 90s, you know, a couple of them, and you know, but it was very successful. Um, and then went into pizzerias because videos, video stores kind of started to get obsolete, you know, though, and many of your viewers are like, video stores? You had to go get your videos? I was like, yeah, we have to go get our videos. We have to get up and go. So um, those don't exist anymore, but he was very successful. He had two of those. And so he he um uh sold those and opened up some pizzarias, you know, right when the when um kids were ordering, like the schools were ordering them on Fridays, like you know, he he just saw the business opportunity. So so he's a business guy, but he's a doer and he's a shaker and he does everything. But his passion, his true like quiet love at the time was uh modality, modalities. So his story is back in 1980 something, like way back in the 80s, he was a salesman and he heard of this guy that was coming to Toronto, Canada. It was gonna cost$80 to go, which back then was a ton of money, but he lived about an hour away, so he had to get there on the go train, the whole thing. But this guy who was nobody knew about, um, his name was Tony Robbins, and he was doing this event for salesmen. And so Daniel, being the like striving for excellence and always wanting to be like the best at, found the$80 and went to this weekend conference by this. No, no, nobody knew the no nobody knew this guy, Tony Robbins. So Daniel gets there, first front seat, total nerd with his pen, ready to go, write everything down. And of course, Tony Robbins is right there. And he he's not on stage because he's so big that there's no stage, and it was just the ballroom, like with some chairs. And Daniel says it was about 80 people there, like it wasn't like nobody knew the guy, nobody knew Tony Robbins. So when the break came, I I'm guessing it was like you know, into the conference because Daniel was eager beaver right at the front. Um, Tony Robbins uh called Daniel, like he he was sitting right in front of him, but he was like, Hey, buddy, like I want to talk to you about something. So there they were talking, and Tony Robbins said to Daniel, If you want to be a good salesman, I want you to go learn NLP and I want you to learn um hypnotherapy. And Daniel was like, Done. So next thing Daniel's doing is saving every little bit of money he's got to buy these, you know. You had to back then, there was no online trainings. There wasn't even the internet, by the way. Like we didn't have internet in the 80s, so there was none of that. You had to go, you had to like get your hotel rooms, you had to buy your tickets, all those things. So he actually ended up in Hawaii under the big guys of NLP, like the original guys of NLP. So he really went all in and did, I think it was a month or two-month retreat with them, and really, and and and he's been he's a believer of NLP. He he un he understands it, likes it, uh, you know, all of those things. So that was back in the 80s. So he's a master NLP practitioner. He that he also then took hypnotherapy, and he became a master at hypnotherapy, and so he now is doing this with his staff at the pizza store and so like he's practicing, and then in yeah, yeah, because he's just loving it, and um, and then in and so he's doing all of this all through the 80s, all through the 90s, uh, you know, bringing up his family, doing the whole thing, uh, being a dad, the whole all of that. And then in 2005, um his the bottom of his life fell out. Like it was, whoa, like how do I how do I go forward? How do I even think of tomorrow? Like it all fell out from underneath him, and he was distraught, all of those things. And he said that he was he was lying in bed, he couldn't go to work, he couldn't do anything, he couldn't function. And he was walking to the bathroom, and he said, I don't know if I was gonna end my life, but I couldn't see a reason not to. Like, and so so this was a very powerful moment. He said it was as clear as day. He goes, I don't think I would have gone through with it, but it was definitely on my mind, yeah. And as he was walking to the bathroom, because it was nothing to live for, he walked to the bathroom as he was walking in the hallway. This energy jello, he said, it was like really thick. He just like walked into it and he said there were sound effects and everything. It was like like in the sci-fi movies, and he couldn't move. He was like completely in like gel and like jello, and then he heard a noise, and he kind of looked up, and there was a blue electrical, he calls like stargate above his head, and it went and it scanned his whole body and then went through the floor. And he said, I don't know if it took like 10 hours, I don't know if it took a nanosecond, he has no concept of time. But when it was over and he could move, he felt joy, he felt totally at peace, and all of those horrible feelings and fears were gone. Everything grief, betrayal, hurt, distraught, you know, all of all of the big ones, ashamed, like I just all of it were all gone. And he was kind of like that was weird. And he went into his room, got dressed, went to the groceries, went back to the pizza store, and just started working again again. And his the people around him were like, Are you okay? Because of course the last time they saw him, he was like distraught and then didn't wasn't coming to work. And the kids were kind of like the kids at work were holding the you know the pizza store together. They're like, I don't know where the bottom is, but we gotta figure this out. So he walked back in like nothing was wrong, like nothing had happened. Like, you okay, boss? He's like, I'm great. What's going on? They're like, okay. So again, he has no concept of time of how long all that took. Because I've asked, I mean, he's like, I have no idea. So um he just kind of got on with his day and started just feeling happy. And then there was this moment where he started to see in people these things wake up when they got triggered in people, he could see these things wake up, and then their body would change, their face would change, their language would change, and he's like, What just happened? It's like they got taken over by a Gaoul, like what just happened? Because he's all sci-fi. So a Gaoul references from Stargate if anybody's interested. But it's like he would just like, what just like this person just went totally not? It's not them. Like they got totally taken over by something. That's not how they speak, that's not how they stand, that's not what their face looks like. But he saw all these things. So what started to happen was is he started to ask questions to Source, and Source started to answer and started to give him and remember and drop in memories. And I remember saying to him 15 years ago, because for him, um, that this was 2005, so it was still pretty fresh when I met him. We were only, it was only like five years when I maybe it was 2008, I can't remember, but his story I is either 2005 or 2008. I'm sorry, I can't remember. I met him in 2010, so it was very fresh, kind of when I met him, but he had figured out the fixed code by then, but didn't really know what he had figured out. So when he met me, and I said, No, I'll I'll be the crash test dummy, like try everything on me. Um, and he was like, Okay. And that's how we really refined it because I would uh my experience would be giving him feedback of what was going on, and you know, all those kinds of things. But everything is used in this technique, everything from tonality to rapport to frequency to well, and tonality, you reach frequency through tonality, like it's all it's all connected, it's very quantum. Um, but this was his remembering, and this was for us. He remembered this for us, and um, and he's worked very, very hard at getting us here and um and continually making things better. Like he's he's always um he's building actually right now, we're building a decisions course, which is gonna be and it's and the decisions course unfortunately is only for the people that have taken the fixed code because it's like the next level. But we've been we we've been dis we've been disconnecting decisions for a long time now, and we we have the data, we have we have all the the the information we need to know that what we're what we're gonna what we're about to teach is incredible and and it's true and it's real, like all of it, because we've got enough data to say, yep, every single time it gives us the same results. So like there was not even a variation of results. It was like, yep, yep, yep, yep. Wow.
SPEAKER_01:So it's so interesting. It's so interesting how he sort of developed and then you met and then you recognized him. I love that.
SPEAKER_00:I think that's just yeah, and and that moment changed my life because I knew it was real. One, because I seen him in my visions my entire life.
SPEAKER_01:I've been yeah, it was like he was um incredible, really, isn't it?
SPEAKER_00:Oh, it's surreal. I mean, I I've sometimes I've I sound really I feel like it sounds really silly in a way because it's like it sounds just goofy, and yet it's all true. Exactly how it happened.
SPEAKER_01:I'm I'm completely it resonates with me because I discovered that some of my guides were my friends in past lives, my friends now, past lives. And yeah, and that just amazed me when that sort of realization was there, and I suddenly thought, wow, wow, that's really interesting. Yeah, so you've been together before in some some past life.
SPEAKER_00:Well, we had made a we had made a contract, actually. That's interesting. We were not allowed our contract was that we were not allowed to meet until 2010 on this planet. Yeah, like we actually had to we had to say what planet we were meeting on because it was that it's that big. Yeah, and this planet was going through ascension at this time. So we met actually 26,000 years ago, um, getting ready for this shift, getting ready for the turn uh coming into Aquarius. Yeah, this mission. Yeah, so so it's not like we were friends because it was like we signed a contract, he had the ancient ascension tool. I picked it, like he had a bunch. I could have picked any one of them. I like this one. It's graceful, it's kind, it's generous, it's fast, it's result-driven. I don't have to talk about anything. Like I loved everything about the big scout. So I picked this, I'm sure I did. And then the deal was in the contract in 2010 on this planet, I had to be in this location in this little town, which again, I'm a city girl, so to land me in this little town was like, Where why am I moving here? Or what's happening? Like, it was just so many things that I didn't know what I was doing at the time. Like when I moved our family from the city six hours that way to the mountains, you know, my little family was like, What are we doing? What's happening? And I'm like, I don't know, I just feel like we're supposed to be there. And thank goodness, um, my husband at the time was like, All right, Stacy's never led us astray so far, which was, and we've lived all over the world. So he was kind of like, All right, this is where we're going, and off we went. But it was for me to meet Daniel, even though he lived an hour away. I had to open up a gymnastics club. I had to hire this particular young girl for her mother to then run into Daniel in an out in a town an hour away at a trade show that I would never have gone to, like, and nor would I even go to that town. Like, I have no reason to go to that town. She went there, saw him, ran into him, and they looked at each other and they said, Don't we know each other? And then Daniel was like, Didn't you date blah blah blah in high school? And she was like, Oh my gosh, yeah. And then they recognized each other, and then and bring I mean, it was all so planned and so designed, and um completely orchestrated.
SPEAKER_01:It sounds it just sounds like absolutely it's like a play, isn't it? But you're not you're not absolutely not completely conscious about you're in this play, but some of it you are, but yeah, amazing.
SPEAKER_00:It it's it's been an incredible journey, and even though we've been doing this for 15 years, I still feel like we're at the beginning. I still feel like this.
SPEAKER_01:And obviously, you still feel really excited about it as well, and you're developing even now.
SPEAKER_00:Exactly, like we won't stop because why would we? It's so fun. So I feel like everybody's starting to travel again, people are starting to like, you know, have a little bit of fun again. Um, and so like we're gonna open up that side of the world again for us, which is like the live events and come and learn this live and you know, that kind of thing. Which again, you can do the whole thing online at your own pace, which is what what has been designed. Um, and and and it's fun. Like it's it's everybody so far that has learned this has learned it online outside of our very first group in 2016. I believe we did three live trainings and they all walked out, all doing it on each other. Like they were having a all Sunday afternoon was like they were doing it with each other. They and they they kept looking at me, going, I'm doing what you did, I'm doing what you do. And I'm like, yeah, that's the goal. Yeah, because they were all my clients. So everybody that learned how to do this the first time were all my clients. Yeah. Oh, and all of them, they were all practitioners. They all my clients were practitioners because they heard about this incredible modality that doesn't even have a name. Um, and this girl in Collingwood is doing this, and my house was all day long, every hour there was a person coming and going, coming and going. Uh, because I was doing it live. Yeah, like I didn't know how to do it. We didn't have Zoom back then, like in 2016, we didn't have Zoom, or I didn't have Zoom, like I didn't have Zoom. So this was like in my living room, you know, we'd sit down, we'd have a cup of tea, and we get working. Um, and yeah, I can't believe how far we've come from my living room. Yeah, you know, and like and building this at my kitchen table.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah, yeah. And I have to say, we did a little session before. Um, and it for me it was very visual and um hopefully very effective. I am hoping.
SPEAKER_00:And I can't wait to find out. Yeah, you're going to, it's interesting, you're probably not gonna notice outside of just having a really good day and everything's really smooth and you don't really feel stuck, or you're not frustrated, like all those kinds of things. You're just gonna feel like you've had a good day, and then you're gonna have another good day, and then another good day. Yeah, but your friends are gonna notice. You're the people that you used to say, like, I'm so frustrated, I can't get this done, or I can't get this going, or you know, so they're gonna be like, Wow, like she's not saying anything about that anymore. So they're gonna notice, and they're gonna, you know, it's gonna be encouraging and all that, yeah.
SPEAKER_01:And that's absolutely a sign that energy healing is worse, isn't it? That that other people notice the difference in you. Oh, it's been exactly yeah, it's been a a pleasure talking to you, Stacey. I could talk to you all out all night. It's um it's um it's been fascinating and it sounds amazing. I will put all the details below the episode, and so if people want to contact you, they'll have your website and they can come and train with you and hopefully meet you in person, some of them. A lot, although I'm in the UK, a lot of this podcast goes out in America. So um wonderful. Yeah, fabulous.
SPEAKER_00:And and I I I invite every one of your listeners to go to our website, which is the fixaco.com, and book a complimentary session. Try this. Yeah, so we have an entire team that's available, complimentary. This is part of our uh philanthropy work, our giving back, our paying it forward, supporting, being in service to humanity, and and you can complimentary, just go through the motions of filling it, you know, filling in your name and email. You pop over to a questionnaire, you submit, then it says book here, you'll be popped to a page with amazing women, and pick somebody that resonates with you, book a session, and try this.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah, because that's the only way people are gonna really get it, isn't it? Is know it. They try and you feel different. That that's totally, yeah.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, like you're not gonna want to learn this if you don't know the results of it. Yeah, but it's that feeling of when I know the results, I'm gonna know I want to be a client. Like I want to, I want to get through this divorce, I want to get through teenage years, I want to get through this surgery, whatever's going on with you that you have to get through, or that you're struggling from the past, or whatever it is, this can help. So if it helps you in your complimentary session, there's no commitment kind of thing. Um, you can be you can book sessions with people. You can and again, there's no commitment. You just book what you need, and then if you decide, or a lot of people, like kind of me, when I my first extraction was, oh yeah, no, I'm gonna figure out what you did and I'm gonna teach the world how to do this, which that was a big that was a big mouthful. I didn't realize it was gonna totally change my life, but I'm so blessed that it has. But yeah, like please try anybody out there that wants to try this, please go for it. You know, um it's fun, it's it's literally fun.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah. Well, I'll put your website below the episode so people can have a go. Wonderful complimentary session. And um, thank you so much. You're welcome. Thank you for meeting you eventually.
SPEAKER_00:Yes, exactly. I'll also send you all of our new socials because we've actually just started a whole new social campaign. So everything came down and we've just launched it like two weeks ago. So I'll send you all our new socials. And if anybody's interested in following us and learning and watching kind of me over the years gain weight, lose weight, grow up, you know, all sorts of things. It's it's gonna be about six or seven years of videos and and just of me teaching in in the moment. So you're yeah, you're gonna watch me morph throughout all of this. Um, and it's uh yeah, so I'll send all that over to you too. So thank you for that.
SPEAKER_01:Fabulous. Well, I will put that up underneath the episode. So thank you, Stacy. Thank you so much for supporting um Barn to the Soul. It's been a pleasure talking to you.
SPEAKER_00:My honor, thank you.
SPEAKER_01:And if you've enjoyed listening to me and Stacy, please like and please spread the word about Barn to the Soul. And I'll speak to you soon.
